I’m an Organizational & Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach who helps leaders and teams work better together. For over 20 years, I’ve partnered with leaders navigating growth, change, and the everyday realities of leading others. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real behavior change—with a bit of humor to keep things human.

Lifelong learning is a core value of mine. I hold an ICF PCC certification (500+ hours) and advanced training in team and group coaching, along with certifications in Hogan, MBTI, Sundance Change Management, and the Conflict Dynamics Profile.

I live in California with my husband and two sons and head outdoors whenever I can.
